1. Service Agreement

When you engage with VentureSuite Marketing Services, you agree to:

Promptly communicate approvals, feedback, and content as needed

Pay all associated service fees on time

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services at our discretion due to non-cooperation, non-payment, abuse, or violation of these terms.

2. Scheduling, Onboarding & Cancellations

Project timelines and onboarding sessions are scheduled based on availability and confirmed via email and/or SMS.

Kickoff Calls & Milestones: Clients are expected to attend scheduled sessions and meet content or access deadlines.

Delays: Missed or postponed steps by the client may result in project delays.

Cancellations: A minimum of 7 days’ notice is required before the next billing cycle to cancel a monthly service subscription.

3. Pricing & Payments

Pricing varies based on the selected service plan, campaign complexity, and integrations.

Quotes will be provided prior to service initiation.

All services are billed either on a subscription or milestone basis.

We accept payments via major credit/debit cards and authorized payment processors.

Late or failed payments may result in account suspension or termination of services.

4. Satisfaction Policy

We aim for excellence in every project. If you're not satisfied with any aspect of our services, please notify us within 5 business days of delivery. We’ll make every reasonable effort to address and resolve the issue. Refunds are not issued for digital services once work has begun or a deliverable has been shared.

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS communications from VentureSuite Marketing Services regarding:

Onboarding reminders

Project updates and support communications

Promotional offers

Feedback and satisfaction requests

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance.

We will never share your phone number or opt-in status with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Limitations of Liability

VentureSuite Marketing Services is not liable for:

Losses due to client delay, inaction, or incorrect information

Changes made by third parties to ad platforms, search engines, or hosting providers

Downtime or errors caused by hosting or DNS issues outside of our control

Clients are responsible for reviewing deliverables and ensuring that all final creative materials meet their expectations.

7. Website Use

You agree not to misuse our website or any of our intellectual property. All content—including copy, images, and designs—is the property of VentureSuite Marketing Services and may not be copied, distributed, or reused without written permission.

What if I already have a website?
